This tour takes you from Marrakech to Agadir, passing the Anti Atlas Mountains and visiting the town of Taroudant (also called the grandmother of Marrakech). We reach the Atlantic Coast in Agadir in the end of our 1st day of this tour.On our 2nd day, we drive up along the coast until Essaouira, one of the most famous UNESCO World Heritage sites in Morocco. This is one of Morocco’s most photogenic places.
From Essaouira we go north on the coast to reach El Jadida, another UNESCO site where the film Othello by Orson Welles was partly shot. We walk around the old Portuguese town and visit the 15th century cistern.
Rabat will arrive on the 4th day of our tour, continuing driving north along the coast we get from El Jadida to Rabat the Moroccan Capital city. Rabat has several interesting sites worth a visit so prepare this day to enjoy many monuments.
We take you to visit the old Chellah of Fez and the Mausoleum of Hassan 2nd and Mohamed 5th.
We drive from Rabat to Fez passing another Moroccan Imperial City called Meknes on the 5th day.
A full day visiting Fez is scheduled for our 6th day.
Our 7th and last day will take you from Fez to Marrakech.
